The Wedding Game Factory is a brand operated by Padded Anvil, LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of https://www.wedgameco.com and any products you rent or purchase from us. By using this site or booking with us, you agree to these terms.
Who You're Dealing With
The website, the arcade games, the Hear Hear audio guestbooks, and all related software and artwork are provided by Padded Anvil, LLC, doing business as The Wedding Game Factory. Our mailing address is PO Box 171, Higganum, CT. The best way to reach us is through our contact form.
Bookings and Rentals
Submitting a booking request through this site is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A rental is confirmed only when we accept it and you have paid the required deposit. The specific deposit, balance, cancellation, shipping, and return terms that apply to your event are the ones presented to you during booking and in your rental confirmation. Those terms are part of your agreement with us.
Estimates generated by our pricing estimator are rough estimates for planning only and are not a quote or an offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing when we accept your booking.
Rented Equipment
Rented equipment remains the property of Padded Anvil, LLC at all times. You agree to use it for its intended purpose, keep it reasonably protected while it is in your care, and return it in the condition it arrived, normal use excepted. A refundable security deposit applies to rentals and covers loss or damage beyond normal use, as described at booking.
Custom Content and Your Likeness
Some of our games are customized using photos and details you provide. By supplying that material, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a limited license to use it solely to create and deliver your customized game. We do not use your photos, likeness, or event recordings for our own marketing without your permission.
Our Intellectual Property
The games, artwork, characters, software, site content, and the The Wedding Game Factory name and logo are owned by Padded Anvil, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. Renting or purchasing a product does not transfer any of these rights to you. The custom portrait and character likenesses created for your event are for your event; the underlying game and artwork remain ours.
Acceptable Use of This Site
Please use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, access it in unauthorized ways, or use it to infringe anyone's rights.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
We put real care into our products, but the site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Padded Anvil, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products, and our total liability for any claim relating to a rental will not exceed the amount you paid for that rental.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
